FIRST WEB MEETING OF THE PROJECT

Wednesday March 17, 2021. 6.30 pm. Beginning of our first web meeting. 

Around Claude Decleve, the coordinator, we noted the presence of Marko Solic, Guillermo Conejero, Loreto Ferri, Ibrahim Donmez, Mariya Bonova, Violeta Stevanovska, Gordana Anastasova, Mateja Sukic, Lidija Smej. The coordinator od Estonia, Anna was not present at this meeting following a technical problem to join the Teams platform. As all members of the project, she will receive the report of this web meeting.

-First, each coordinator introduced himself to his colleagues in order to get to know each other better.
-The coordinator asks each partner to produce a video on their school, the links of which will be inserted in the project website. These videos will be presented during the LTTA teachers in November in Belgium.
-Request from the Belgian National Agency: the European Union has requested that, in each letter, the Erasmus logo be present: it must imperatively be the flag of the European Union with, below, a mention stipulating "co-financed by the European Union".
-For the financial part, each partner receives the times when they will have to receive a part of the sum allocated to them.
A problem will have to be resolved following anomalies with four partners concerning mobility costs.
-A website will be created and will include all the information useful for our project. It will include all the activities carried out, information relating to partners, photos and videos.
-The coordinator informs the participants of the training sessions planned in the program, of the training dates.
He recalls that, in the application, internal meetings must take place in each establishment to transmit to all colleagues the knowledge received during training. After each internal meeting, a report will be sent to the coordinator. These reports will appear in particular in the mid-project report sent to the Belgian National Agency.
-Information is provided about the "mobility tool" and its use.
-The coordinator informs his colleagues of the rules applicable following the health situation with the possibility of transferring 60% of the positions to other positions.
-All partners are asked to create an "Erasmus corner" in each partner establishment which should allow teachers, pupils, but also parents and visitors to get to know our project.
-No questions from partners were asked at the end of the session.
The coordinator closes the session of this web meeting at 09.00pm.
