TRANSNATIONAL MEETINGS
MEETING IN TURKEY TO WRITE THE INTERIM REPORT
From February 7, 2022 to February 11, the partners are in a mobility in Turkey.
In their work sessions, they will write together the interim repoprt for the Belgian National Agency.
We also built the agenda of the activities we have to do with the pupils. And we begun to speak about the next mobility in Croatia.
During this meeting, we decide of an agenda for the activities with the children for the months from February to June.
With Word : 3 activities: presentation of a letter in his own language (February)
create a flyer for an activity in the school (middle of March)
building a poster : exhibition at school about Erasmus (End of March)
With Excel : create a table listing the students in the class (with surname, first name, date of birth, telephone number, email address)
we have participated to a LTTA meeting in Croatia. Make the financial report of the e"xpenseive for our school.
for Belgium and Croatia: create a financial plan for a travel of one day somewhere in the country. (end of April)
With power point : we have met friends of the poartners schools
With video: we present our school
In June: web meeting of the coordinators to build an agenda for next school and robotics activities.
DRAW OUT THE MAIN IDEAS OF THE FINAL REPORT IN TALLINN
Under the guidance of the coordinator, our stay in Tallinn was the basis for writing the final report of our project.
Discussions on the activities that we carried out following the mobility, the achievement of our primary objectives which were to allow both teachers and especially students to improve in the use of the computer tools made available to them.
Individual work through the answers to the questionnaire received from the coordinator.
All these elements worked on during three work sessions facilitated the writing of the final report of our project. This project was a success which allowed all those involved in school life to participate in the two phases of the project: one reserved for adults and the other for the transmission of new knowledge acquired to the students.

OPINION OF THE COORDINATOR
This partnership was made up of old and new partners for whom this project was a first. In these moments, the first mobility is essential because it must allow the coordinator to install a cordial atmosphere, of confidence. Despite difficult times due to the pandemic, we were able to benefit from extremely valuable external assistance thanks to Technobel, which was our driving force behind the project.
Each partner correctly followed the objectives to be achieved, received answers to the questions that the teachers asked themselves and each was then able to transmit their knowledge to the students of each partner establishment.
The word partnership is perfectly used in our project because in addition to the various achievements, many exchanges, many questions have arisen at various times with, each time, a concrete answer allowing to unblock a situation, to find an internal solution.
The mutual trust between the coordinator and all the actors of the project is really a factor of success which led us on the path of the objectives to be achieved.
Each mobility was a new experience for some colleagues who carried out impeccable work, which allowed the project actors to familiarize themselves with two programs "Stop Motion" and "Cap-cut"'.
A very nice team in which there was only room for the relentless, people wishing to improve for the well-being of our respective students, in short, teachers worthy of the name.
Thank you all for your dedication, your abnegation, your will, your friendship. As our Bulgarian partner says so well: "a real family".
Ce partenariat a été composé d'anciens partenaires et de nouveaux pour qui ce projet constituait une première. Dans ces moments, la première mobilité est essentielle car elle doit permettre au coordinateur d'installer une ambiance cordiale, de confiance. Malgré des moments difficiles dus à la pandémie, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une aide extérieure extrêmement précieuse grâce à Technobel qui a été notre moteur de projet.
Chaque partenaire a correctement suivi les objectifs à atteindre, reçu réponses aux questions que les enseignants se posaient et chacun a pu ensuite transmettre ses connaissances vers les élèves de chaque établissement partenaire.
Le mot partenariat est parfaitement employé dans notre projet car outre les diverses réalisations, de nombreux échanges, de nombreuses questions ont surgi à divers moments avec, chaque fois, une réponse concrète permettant de débloquer une situation, de trouver une solution interne.
La confiance réciproque entre le coordinateur et tous les acteurs du projet est réellement un facteur de réussite qui nous a menés sur le chemin des objectifs à atteindre.
Chaque mobilité a été une nouvelle expérience pour certains collègues qui ont effectué des travaux impeccables, qui ont permis aux acteurs du projet de se familiariser avec deux programmes "Stop Motion" et "Cap-cut"'.
Une bien belle équipe dans laquelle il n'y avait de la place que pour des acharnés, des personnes désireuses de s'améliorer pour le bien-être de nos élèves respectifs, bref des enseignants dignes de ce nom.
Merci à tous de votre dévouement, de votre abnégation, de votre volonté, de votre amitié. Comme le dit si bien notre partenaire bulgare: "une vraie famille".
